Trauma-informed behavioral coaching.
A small, structured container for people who want a kinder, more honest map of their patterns — and a real human to walk it with them. This is coaching, not therapy. The work is practical, written down, and gentle on purpose.
Who this is for.
People who are intelligent, articulate, and quietly exhausted by their own patterns. People who have read a lot, tried a lot, and want a structured place to put the reading down and try a different thing for a while. People who would rather be honest than impressive.
The container.
A 6–10 session arc, scheduled at a pace that fits your life, not a calendar template. Four steps, in order:
Name the pattern
We start by writing the pattern down — plainly, without flinching. Most patterns lose half their grip the moment they are named correctly.
Read the pattern
We read the pattern together, using behavioral structure and a trauma-informed lens — reading the pattern both practically and with an understanding of what the body learned, and when.
Try one small thing
Every session ends with a single, small, repeatable experiment. Not a homework dump. One thing, sized to your week.
Notice what shifts
We track what changes — in your body, your decisions, your conversations — and adjust the next experiment from there. The data is yours.
What this is, and isn't.
This is
- Behavioral coaching with a trauma-informed lens.
- A structured container with a real human across from you.
- Practical, written, slow on purpose.
- Confidential. Notes stay between us.
This isn't
- Therapy. If you need clinical care, please work with a licensed clinician.
- Crisis support. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the US, or your local emergency line.
- A guarantee. The work is honest, not magical.
- Endless. The container has a beginning, a middle, and a clear end.
Pricing.
The container is currently accepting waitlist inquiries. Sliding-scale spots are part of the model from day one — never an afterthought. The dispatch hears about availability first.
Join the waitlist.
The fastest way in is the dispatch. New coaching slots are announced to subscribers before they go anywhere else. If you'd like a private note to introduce yourself or ask a question first, you can write to tsim.com@pm.me.
